Your listing will rotate in the gallery photos for any of the locations. When someone has never visited Rocky Point, they will want to view galleries for the different locations. This feature will enable your listing to rotate within those pictures with a link to view more information on your listing.
Traffic reports:
You will automatically receive free customized traffic reports,
via e-mail, no less than once per month, so you can track the number of visitors
that view the search page where your listing is displayed.
Display your company LOGO:
Your company logo, picture
or icon (100x100 pixels max.) will be displayed on the
left side of your listing. Displaying your logo as part
of your listing will generate more attention to your
listing. If you have a recognizable logo, or just wish
to display it, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase
it online. Uploading is easy! Just follow our simple
to use upload process, and within seconds, your logo
is in your ad! If you do not choose to upload a logo,
picture, or icon, the vailrentalsnetwork.com logo will appear
as the default.
Email A Friend:
Visitors will have the ability to send a link to your listing to their friends with the click of a button. If they like your listing, they will be able to tell all of their friends about your listing.
Personalized Webpage URL:
Everyone needs a website to showcase their unit. Our Level 4 package offers our clients a webpage with complete unit details. With a unique url, you will be able to send your visitors to view your unit details by providing them with a url. This is a webpage designed specifically for YOUR listing. No links, no other paths to view additional homes. For example, if you own unit 607W, your new personal webpage would be 607w.rprentalsbyowner.com.
NOTE:
Any information listed in your account, in addition to the features
above, can be modified, edited, and updated at any time
by logging into your account from any computer, online 24/7.
Locations:
Your Listing will be displayed, in the location you pre-selected, when the location is searched from the Homepage. A location would be Sandy Beach, Las Conchas, etc...
Check Availability:
A simple form that pops up when a visitor clicks on this icon located in your listing.
The questionaire requests all of the important information you would need to know to help generate a price quote and book your unit. Once the interested customer completes the form and clicks on the SEND button, the information is sent immediately to your E-mail account. A copy is also permenently placed in your "Check Availability" inbox located in your account menu for safe keeping and future reference, if needed.
NOTE: For someone purchasing an ROI guarantee, the availability requests will be emailed directly to the appropriate travel agent.
Virtual Tour Link:
Your listing will allow you to enter a link to any virtual tour that you may already have for your unit. We don't provide the virtual tour but if you have a link to an existing virtual tour, we allow you to enter that link.
Rental Rates:
A popup is provided to everyone with a description of rates. Each owner has the ability to define their rates via their admin area.
NOTE: For condos in a resort who purchase a Level 4 package with ROI guarantee, the rates are pre-defined by partner travel agents. Therefore, you will be able to see the rates but you will not be able to modify the rates.
Photo Gallery:
A pop up window will appear, displaying
a photo album with up to 6 pictures with captions, when
a visitor clicks on this icon located in your listing.
It's a great way to showcase your most successful events
and best moments to potential customers. Uploading your
digital (or scanned in) pictures (.jpg) is simple, anyone
